Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Manufacturing/Production Operator position that just opened in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will be supporting the assembly and production of advanced electronic and mechanical systems for defense and aerospace applications. To be considered, you will have a High School diploma plus experience in using hand/torque tools, soldering irons, and light industrial tools.

About the Role
Join our client as a Manufacturing/Production Operator supporting the assembly and production of advanced electronic and mechanical systems for defense and aerospace applications. Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Production:
- Perform hands-on assembly of electronic and mechanical components, including modules, circuit boards, panels, frames, and cables.
- Follow detailed work instructions, methods, and sequence of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
- Set up and operate basic equipment and process hardware in compliance with specifications.
Quality & Compliance:
- Use hand tools, torque tools, soldering irons, and other light industrial equipment safely and accurately.
- Apply general knowledge of measuring equipment and basic math to ensure assemblies meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and security protocols.
Teamwork & Communication:
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to meet project goals.
- Communicate effectively to report progress, issues, or suggestions for process improvement.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience using hand/torque tools, soldering irons, and light industrial tools.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work in a structured production environment.
- General understanding of measuring equipment and basic math.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Security Clearance:
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Applicants may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
