WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Training Exercises and Employment Plan Manager to serve on a contract supporting the US Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM).
The Training Exercises and Employment Plan Manager (TEEP) is responsible for managing, synchronizing, and reporting on all training, exercise, employment, and community engagement events that contribute to organizational mission readiness. As the principal architect of the TEEP Program, the TEEP Manager coordinates across subordinate commands, staff sections, and external stakeholders to ensure all units are optimally organized, trained, equipped, and deployed in accordance with higher headquarters, joint, and service requirements. This role is central to maintaining visibility on force commitments, conducting risk assessments, and informing resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness within fiscal constraints.

Key Responsibilities
- TEEP Program Management & Oversight
- Lead and manage the development, publication, and maintenance of the training, exercise, and employment plan schedule using platforms such as SharePoint and AMHS or their organizational equivalents.
- Coordinate regular TEEP conferences and represent the organization at force synchronization or related planning events.
- Establish annual TEEP policy, procedures, and timelines in accordance with applicable service and headquarters guidance.
- Force Training & Employment Synchronization
- E nsure holistic planning and synchronization of service-sponsored training, joint and internal exercises, and employment operations (e.g., Integrated Training Exercises, deployment programs, special purpose task forces).
- Designate lead units for events involving multiple subordinate elements.
- M aintain ongoing liaison with logistics, training, and resource management teams for validation and support of exercise, employment, and community relations requirements.
- Budget and Resource Management
- Oversee and manage the TEEP budget; publish funding controls in collaboration with logistics, training, and resource management departments
- Provide funding oversight and regular reporting on budget execution and resource allocation.
- Support budgetary planning by validating supplemental funding requests and monitoring compliance with standing operating procedures and fiscal controls.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct mission analysis to evaluate and recommend the inclusion and prioritization of exercises and employment events based on operational benefits, force generation, and risk assessment.
- P repare regular reports to senior leadership on TEEP execution, risk, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with staff sections, subordinate commands, external agencies, and community partners for the planning and execution of exercises and events.
- P romote positive community relations by supporting engagement events (e.g., Fleet Weeks, public festivals).

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Administration, Defense Studies, Logistics or a related field.)
- Current, active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations planning, training management, or program administration within a military, defense, or similar structured environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget planning, program execution, and cross-functional coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief and report to senior leadership.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, message handling and reporting systems, and budgetary management tools.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in public administration, Military Science, Strategic Studies, or a related area.
- Professional certification in Program Management (e.g., PMP), Budget/Resource Management, or Military Exercise Planning.
- Experience supporting large-scale training exercises, joint/coalition force generation, or operations and maintenance (O&M) resource management.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) budgeting processes, force management, and community engagement protocols.
