The Senior Network Operations Center Manager (NOC) will lead the support for the Joint NetOps Control Center. In this role, the individual will oversee the monitoring, management, and maintenance of the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and systems availability. The Senior NOC Manager will be responsible for implementing best practices, driving operational excellence, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. The Senior NOC Manager will demonstrate a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts within the IT field. Additionally, the Senior NOC Manager will provide technical solutions over a wide range of complex difficult problems in which proposed solutions are imaginative, thorough, practical, and consistent with organization objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Manages Joint Network Control Center with a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Leads and mentors a team of NOC engineers and analysts fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
- Develops and implements NOC processes and procedures that ensure effective monitoring and incident response for network operations.
- Oversees the escalation process for incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing service disruption while communicating with stakeholders on statuses for a high level of customer service
- Utilizes performance metrics and KPIs to assess team effectiveness and drive operational improvements.
- Collaborates with engineering and technical teams to identify opportunities for automation and improvement in network monitoring and incident management.
- Prepares and present regular reports on network, systems and application performance, incidents, and operational metrics to senior leadership.
- Ensures compliance with industry standards and best practices in network operations and security.
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology (IT) or 7 years or more of similar training and/or experience in Network Operations or other IT fields
- Must have a TS/SCI clearance
- Must have an active SEC+ Certification
- Deep understanding of systems and network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, servers and monitoring tools.
- Experience with incident management frameworks and ITIL practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- ITIL Foundation Certification
