Role Overview
We are seeking an Industrial Engineering Associate Manager to lead and elevate our production systems in Courtland, Alabama. In this leadership role, you will provide data-driven solutions that optimize manufacturing schedules, costs, and team performance. You will collaborate across all functional groups to ensure program priorities align with operational efficiency.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
As an Industrial Engineering Associate Manager, you will:
• Apply advanced industrial engineering concepts to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Analyze and interpret data from systems like SAP, MES, and MRP to identify and solve production problems.
• Provide shop floor oversight, creating crew plans, burn down charts, and performance metrics to optimize production.
• Lead process improvement initiatives, ensuring implementation, sustainability, and measurable results.
• Train and advocate for industrial and operations engineering principles across teams.
• Optimize team structure, communication, and skills to maintain a high-performing organization.
• Assist in planning, designing, and launching new production lines, including ramp-up strategies.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
• Direct experience as an industrial engineer or technical authority in a production environment.
• Experience leading teams and projects (formal or informal).
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
Additional skills that will set you apart:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 9+ years of industrial engineering experience, or 7+ years with a related master's degree.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to maintain high-performing teams and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with manufacturing systems, including ERP, MES, and automation tools (SAP, Apriso, VECAMS).
• Knowledge of simulation modeling tools (Simo software preferred) to optimize production workflows.
• Experience planning and executing production line launches or facility ramp-ups.
• Expertise in line balancing principles and workflow optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentations to senior leadership.
• Ability to develop clear, impactful PowerPoint briefings.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
