Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Configuration Management Analyst to support a secure customer located onsite at Hill Air Force Base, Utah (HAFB). The program supported by this role focuses on upgrading legacy USAF network infrastructure and transitioning services to a modern AWS cloud environment. This role requires a minimum Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities for Configuration Management Analyst:
- Maintain configuration management (CM) files, including configuration identification, change control, and status accounting records.
- Evaluate proposed product design changes to assess their impact on overall systems and functionality.
- Manage and maintain system baselines using automated CM tools.
- Continuously track and update project change requests, impact assessments, incident reports, and change notices.
- Participate in customer meetings, project kick-offs, configuration reviews, and production discussions as required.
- Ensure customer requirements are implemented and review accounting changes for compliance with CM policies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of virtualization, storage, networking, cloud computing, and CMDB concepts.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or an IT-related field
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (Master's degree may substitute).
- Must hold an Interim or Active Secret clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
- ITIL certification active or in process, preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain business productivity.
- Familiarity with configuration management software processes.
- Solid proficiency in data management practices.
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management.
- Proficient in Windows-based applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Compensation for Configuration Management Analyst:
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)
