Insight Global is hiring a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in Jira administration and workflow management to join our team supporting a newly awarded DoD Program in Rosslyn Virginia.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights while optimizing processes and tools to improve team efficiency.
Selected candidates should have a mid to senior level background in Data Analysis and Reporting, experience working with JIRA for workflow management and align workflows with business requirements; and a strong background in process improvement to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Minimum job requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
Strong experience with Jira administration and workflow configuration.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
We are ideally hiring three candidates for these roles so salaries may vary based on candidates level of experience and expertise as well as clearance level, but we expect to pay 110K to 130K for this role.
