Basic Qualifications:
- Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with AUR Final Assembly, specifically familiarity with hypersonic weapons.
- Experience leading a cross-functional team.
- Experience working with external customers and vendors.
- Experience with 1LMX initiatives / digital transformation.
- Bachelors Degree in STEM Field
- Post-secondary degree in STEM Field
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
