Seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineering Manger
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting Delivery Operations on the F-35 program.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a final Secret security clearance.
Strong ability in written and verbal technical communication skills. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business and across all disciplines (e.g. technical and non-technical staff, external customers, program management)

Basic Qualifications:
• Prior experience collaborating with other organizations to achieve goals and solve problems.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Desired Skills:
• Hands on experience in the design of manufacturing processes, Work Instructions, equipment installation, assembly and material handling
• Leading recurring and non-recurring Manufacturing Engineering activities and personnel to meet technical schedule and cost commitments
• Previous Manufacturing Engineering Leadership Experience
• Understanding and wide application of complex Production, Final Assembly, Integration and Test methods
• Experience in effective team leadership in planning and execution of Process Improvements and technical solutions
• Highly skilled at interpretation of Engineering specifications and the translation into effective Work Instructions
• Previous leadership experience in Manufacturing Engineering and / or Manufacturing Planning
• Understanding of complex aerospace vehicle assembly structures, systems, and LO coatings
• Proven ability to interface effectively with different levels of management and multiple disciplines
• Ability to coordinate and influence across a broad range of stakeholders
• Experience with high level (Director / VP) presentations and briefings
• Strong ability in written and verbal technical communication skills. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business and across all disciplines (e.g. technical and non-technical staff, external customers, program management)

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
