Who You Are:
You are an innovative, forward-thinking technologist with deep RF and EW domain expertise. You thrive in multidisciplinary engineering environments and enjoy shaping architectures, strategies, and solutions for complex mission needs. You are comfortable engaging customers, translating their needs into actionable engineering plans, and guiding teams through pursuit and execution activities.
The Work:
• Serve as the RF/EW Technologist & Architect for the GCEW portfolio, shaping and driving strategy across programs, pursuits, and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and business-development teams to define architectures, concepts of operations (CONOPS), and solutions aligned to customer needs and long-term portfolio direction.
• Engage with current and prospective customers to understand mission gaps, emerging requirements, and technical priorities; translate those insights into actionable engineering strategies and pursuit plans.
• Apply systems-engineering best practices: requirements decomposition, use-case modeling, subsystem (hardware and software) definition, configuration/change management, and verification planning.
• Lead or support capture activities including white-paper development, RFI responses, shaping campaign strategies, and preparing compliant/compelling proposals for RFPs.
• Guide or lead teams in developing demonstrations, prototypes, and capability showcases that highlight GCEW technologies and innovations.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with portfolio-level vision, technical baselines, and pursuit objectives

Basic Qualifications:
• Expertise in Radio Frequency (RF) and Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies, including Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM) for Electronic Attack (EA)
• Proven ability to architect and design RF/EW solutions and systems, especially with Software‑Defined Radio (SDR) applications
• Experience in C‑ISR, C‑UAS, and C‑NAV/C‑SATCOM domains
• Strong background in Systems Engineering (requirements analysis, decomposition, verification)
• Experience migrating legacy solutions into new or expanded capabilities
• Program‑lifecycle support - from proposal development through system delivery
• Familiarity with key program milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.) and associated documentation
• Experience shaping business‑capture strategies from a technical solution perspective
• Ability to align and articulate organizational capabilities to support new strategic business pursuits
• Eligible for a TS/SCI security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience in SIGINT
• Experience working hands-on with RF hardware (SDRs, Converters, Scopes, etc)
• Experience with open standards (MOSA, CMOSS, SOSA, etc)
• Familiar with DevSecOps, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Familiar with Container/Kubernetes technologies
• Experience as an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) or program Chief Engineer (CE)
• Experience as an IRAD Principal Investigator (PI)
• Experience with Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value (EV)
• Experience as a lead software (SW) or hardware (HW) architect
