The Raytheon Logistics team is seeking a Sr, Supervisor to serve as a team member responsible for shipping of government owned assets in accordance with Defense Contract Management Agency Transportation rules and regulations. This role will be responsible for receiving operations at McKinney and full flow operations at our satellite sites, in Richardson and Plano. Weekly travel to these sites is to be expected. You will perform a wide array of duties required for receiving shipments, and processing documents, preparing the shipments for packaging operations, and off the dock shipping. Shipments will be of a variety of size and scope, including classified and hazardous materials.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

What You Will Do
- Instill a culture of safety and quality
- Successfully lead a Pack, Ship, Receiving and Satellite Site team to execute to aggressive schedules, meeting required metrics.
- Support Receiving team members for varying shipment types: DD250, 1348, 1149, International, Foreign Military Sales Pack Sheets.
- Accountability to the government's many rules and regulations specified in the Defense Transportation Regulations, Military freight traffic unified rules publication and others.
- Handle, receive and process items listed in the Defense Transportation Regulation Part II, sensitive and classified materials.
- Coordinate and monitor workflow for team members, assist in prioritizing activities in assigned areas to improve upon service level commitment.
- Support team supervisors, and external sites in the organization.
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional Saturdays
- Ability to lift up to 28 lbs
- Experience keeping auditable records
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
- At least 5 years of logistics, transportation, material movement, govt contracts, and/or related work experience
- Experience processing and handling of Military assets
- Experience with Microsoft office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in a defense company, including work with Government Furnished Material (GFM)
- Experience coordinating the shipment of classified and sensitive items including Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E)
- Experience with SAP, Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF), and Defense Transportation Regulations
- Import/Export Compliance experience
