SALARY: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate's related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position. The range for this position is 150k-180k.

- Develop and execute a unified IT strategy that supports both federal and commercial operations.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, including continuing cloud migration, data modernization, and cybersecurity enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) requirements and other federal cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-171, FedRAMP).
- Oversee IT governance, risk management, and compliance programs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities and strategically guide the company in future growth.
- Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and technology procurement.
- Continue to mentor a high-performing IT team across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application development.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be eligible for or hold a U.S. Government Security Clearance
- 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a CIO or equivalent executive role.
- Proven experience managing IT in both federal contracting and or commercial enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of CMMC, NIST, and other federal cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Information Systems, or related field experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and configure various switch platforms.
- CISSP, or CISM certifications are a plus.
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Certification in networking
