The Opportunity:
CACI has an exciting opportunity for you to join our CACI SETA PMO team in an Administrative Support role in the Annapolis Junction area. You will use your talents to provide professional administrative expertise by coordinating, researching, recommending, and implementing overall business administrative initiatives mainly focused on staffing - working with people.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
• providing administrative support to program management.
• doing a broad cross-section of business administration functions supporting all operations of the organization
• managing or performing staffing responsibilities - with a sprinkle of facilities and HR actions as well.
Your duties may include administrative tasks in functional areas such as:
• human resources, purchasing, research and development.
• In addition, you will be responsible for email follow up, meeting scheduling, schedules, logistics, and analysis of information.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Current TS/SCI with active polygraph
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Excellent writing and critical thinking skills
• Outstanding social and organizational skills
• Detail oriented, take-charge initiative with a sense of urgency
Desired: • Proficient in MS SharePoint
• Prior intel agency experience
