Title: Structural & Payload Design Engineer

Location: Ridley Park, PA - Onsite

Salary Range: $50/HR To $60/HR

Join our dynamic team where you will assist in developing, integrating, and documenting structural and interior payload system requirements. Utilize your expertise in design and engineering to contribute to innovative aerospace projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Good CAD Experience (Catia or NX)
• Aerospace Design Experience (Structures or Mechanical Systems)
• Understanding of GD&T
• Must meet all requirements for the required Secret Clearance( US Citizenship Required)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong PDM (Product Data Management) Background
• Good MS Office Suite Skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Basic Coding Skills
• Good understanding of analysis and load paths

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and modify basic structural and interior payload system and component designs using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools
• Perform tests to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications
• Assist with supplier development, test and production activities
• Coordinate with suppliers to optimize design and achieve program goals
• Support investigation of emerging technologies for future product designs
