A Brief Overview
This Sr. Recruiter will be focused on sourcing and delivering top talent to WWT's U.S. based Services organization, specifically within Solutioning, Consulting, and Engineering teams. These areas include Technical Delivery, Solution Architecture, Consulting Services, and Engineering disciplines that design and implement innovative solutions for our customers. The Sr. Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates for these specialized roles. These teams play a critical role in enabling WWT's customers to achieve digital transformation and technical excellence, driving business outcomes through cutting-edge solutions and expert delivery. This person will also be responsible for building networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $82,400 to $103,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview

Responsibilities:
- Helps drive the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.
- Serves in and advisory role to managers and supervisors regarding recruitment processes and initiatives.
- Takes ownership of a specific business area and is responsible for all recruiting activity.
- Recruites for WWT's core business areas which includes, sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.
- Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company's applicant tracking tool.
- Assists in development/ training of recruiters and associate recruiters.
- Coordinates and conducts interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinates with temporary agencies to staff open positions, when applicable.
- Understands company's policies and benefits.
- Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates.
- Coordinates and conducts new hire on boarding.
- Posts jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.
- Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
- Develops passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
- Develops a network of business and candidate contacts.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings.
- Effectively communicates with executive management, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet staffing needs.
- Completes miscellaneous projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in Recruiting is required.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical or consulting roles supporting enterprise clients or complex customer environments.
- Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a Related Field required.
- Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
- Expertise in engaging with hiring managers and driving recruiting initiatives
- Expertise with contract negotiations
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
