You will work hands-on with identity governance technologies, support solution deployment, and troubleshoot IAM issues to maintain secure, compliant access for mission stakeholders.
What You'll Do
As an Identity Governance Engineer, you will:
- Support the full software development lifecycle for identity governance and Zero Trust solution deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the IAM ecosystem, ensuring consistent availability and secure access.
- Assist with deploying, configuring, and maintaining identity governance capabilities for federal users and systems.
- Support integration activities between IAM tools and federal applications, services, and infrastructure.
- Identify risks within identity governance workflows and help apply secure configuration practices.
- Provide technical support and work collaboratively with government personnel and engineering teams.
Schedule & Shift Details
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Remote supporting Washington, D.C. hours.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Public Trust clearance required or higher
- Experience supporting identity governance or broader identity and access management environments
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related issues
- Understanding of Zero Trust principles and secure access practices
- Ability to support integration, configuration, and operational tasks across IAM solutions
