The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing, supplier relationships, and strategic sourcing to support the Integrated Product Support (IPS) team for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) program.
The role will involve interfacing effectively with Government Customers while managing Government Furnished Property (GFP) in compliance with applicable FAR and DFARS regulations. The specialist will maintain GFP lifecycle data within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) GFP Module, coordinate closely with TIGS IPS stakeholders, and ensure audit-ready property documentation across the program.

The specialist will maintain GFP lifecycle data within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) GFP Module, coordinate closely with TIGS IPS stakeholders, and ensure audit-ready property documentation across the program.
Responsibilities:
IPS & TIGS Program Support
- Serve as the primary procurement and GFP interface within the TIGS Integrated Product Support (IPS) team.
- Coordinate across IPS disciplines (logistics, supply support, configuration, tech data, maintenance planning, etc.) to ensure GFP availability supports TIGS readiness and sustainment needs.
- Support TIGS program reviews, audits, and property reporting cycles.
- Serve as a back-up to the Operations Manager facilitating travel, EWW, TARs, CACs, MSRs, onboarding, new hire actions, training tracking, badging, and equipment ordering.
GFP & PIEE Management
- Maintain compliant GFP records within the PIEE GFP Module, including receipt, acceptance, transfers, and disposition.
- Track serialized and non-serialized property throughout its lifecycle in support of TIGS operational and sustainment requirements.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and support annual inventories to ensure property accountability.
Government Customer Interaction
- Act as a professional, responsive, and trusted interface with the government customer, CORs, and property administrators.
- Provide clear and timely communication on GFP status, issues, risks, and required actions.
- Represent the TIGS IPS team in meetings, audits, status briefings, and property system engagements.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to FAR 45, FAR 52.245-1 (Government Property), DFARS 252.245-7001, DFARS 252.245-7002, and DFARS 252.245-7003.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready property documentation for TIGS program requirements.
- Support development and refinement of IPS property processes, work instructions, and TIGS sustainment documentation.
Procurement & Acquisition Support
- Assist with requisitions, sourcing, vendor communication, and procurement planning aligned to TIGS program needs.
- Review contract requirements (SOW, GFP lists, clauses) to identify property obligations and ensure compliance.
- Support supply chain planning and coordination to maintain TIGS material readiness.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must hold an active Secret clearance. Ability to obtain TS-SCI required
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with at least 3 years of experience, or High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate supplier performance, costs, and risks, using data to inform strategic decisions and mentor team members in developing these skills.
- Expert negotiation and relationship management skills to maintain strong supplier and stakeholder partnerships.
- Ability to make independent, strategic decisions and effectively manage high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrated a forward-thinking approach to anticipate and mitigate procurement delays, modeling proactive behavior.
- Experienced with selecting, ordering, and authorizing payment for material.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and provide clear, concise updates to all involved parties.
- Competency with data analysis, use of MS tools.
Desired:
- Experience with electronic data management systems or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of supporting procurement, property, and IPS lifecycle activities.
