ASRC Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a qualified candidate with an active Secret security clearance to fill the Software Developer - Senior I position to support our customer at the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
The SEC supports the Army by providing innovative software engineering solutions and readiness-focused services across the globe. As part of this mission, the Software Developer - Senior I will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications supporting Army systems and programs.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level software applications.
- Develop code, perform unit testing, and assist in integration and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with team members, system engineers, and Army stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of applications.
- Contribute to technical documentation, configuration management, and version control.
- Support Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and system integration.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, C++).
- Experience with web application development and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Agile or DevSecOps development methodologies.
- Active DoD Secret clearance required (candidates without at least an active interim Secret will not be considered).
- Experience supporting Army or DoD software programs.
- Understanding of Army software lifecycle processes and documentation standards.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or DoD milCloud).
- Experience with ServiceNow, Palantir Foundry, or other enterprise development environments.
