What you'll do
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Program Manager to be the operational backbone of our newly formed Enterprise Transformation Office! You will be the central hub that ensures the entire transformation program runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. This foundational role is a unique opportunity to shape the processes and operating rhythm that will drive a pivotal, company-wide change effort, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution across all initiatives.
The day-to-day
As the Transformation Program Manager, you will be the engine of our program governance. You'll manage the cadence of key meetings, including preparing materials for the executive Steering Committee, and ensure decisions are documented and communicated effectively. You will be responsible for setting up and managing our program management toolset, building standardized reports and dashboards, and training initiative leaders on our processes. You'll also play a key role in our change management efforts by driving internal communications, coordinating recognition programs, and helping to foster a culture of positive, sustainable change.

Salary range
$113,000.00 - $179,000.00 / annually.For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $133,000.00- $200,000.00/ annually

What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a PMO, preferably within a large-scale corporate environment.
- Proven experience in running governance forums, preparing executive-level presentations, and managing program-level reporting.
- Strong proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project) and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and outstanding communication abilities.
- US Citizenship required
- Must be able to obtain a United States Secret Clearance
- Must be able to work out of the office in Carlsbad, CA
- Up to 10% travel
What will help you on the job
- Direct experience supporting a large-scale business transformation.
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense or Technology industries.
- PMP or related certification.
- Formal experience with change management methodologies.
