What you'll do
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically sharp Program Analyst to be the data engine of our new Government Transformation Office! You will provide the critical analytical support that underpins our entire portfolio of initiatives, ensuring our decisions are data-driven and our progress is accurately tracked. This high-visibility role offers a fantastic opportunity to work directly with senior leaders, gain exposure to a wide range of business functions, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
The day-to-day
As the Transformation Program Analyst, you will be responsible for the tactical management of our program data. You will run reports, create compelling presentations for leadership, and maintain the central database of all transformation initiatives. A key part of your role will be assisting initiative leaders with developing financial estimates and validating the business cases for their projects. You will be a master of details, tracking action items from key meetings, ensuring data accuracy in our reporting, and providing ad-hoc analytical support wherever it is needed to move the program forward.

Salary range
$64,500.00 - $101,500.00 / annually.For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $80,000.00- $120,000.00/ annually

What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in a role requiring significant data analysis, such as business analysis, financial analysis, or consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with an exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, easily understood insights for a leadership audience.
- US Citizenship required
- Must be able to obtain a United States Secret Clearance
- Must be able to work out of the office in Carlsbad, CA
- Up to 10% travel
What will help you on the job
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Prior experience in a PMO or supporting a large, multi-faceted program.
- Basic understanding of financial modeling and business case development.
- Familiarity with database management or tools like SharePoint.
