Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information System or related field; or minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training.
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment, preferably within DoD or federal.
Clearance: Secret (Preferred)
Salary: Starting salary for this position will be $105,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles.
- Champion the use of JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve team efficiency using JIRA plugins, scripts, and integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery.
- Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation, encouraging teams to explore new tools and techniques.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members and coach stakeholders on agile best practices.
- Lead retrospectives that result in actionable improvements and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Agile expertise: Deep knowledge of the Scrum framework, Agile values, and iterative development.
- Leadership and coaching: Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and empowering a self-organizing team.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings, resolve conflict, and manage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Scrum Master certification: (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
