We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager who is ready to support our team in Chesapeake, VA. This role is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
• Support Naval Maintenance programs by guiding daily operations and ensuring alignment with shipyard process requirements
• Partner with teams to improve processes and overall performance within Naval Shipyards
• Use Corporate Navy Software Suite experience to help streamline workflows and drive program success
• Work collaboratively with Navy, shipyard, and internal stakeholders to support mission-focused outcomes
• Maintain program documentation, support compliance needs, and help foster clear communication across teams
• Assist with planning, operational improvements, and identifying risks or challenges
This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Naval Maintenance, including direct support of Naval Shipyard Industrial process requirements
• At least 5 years supporting process or performance improvement efforts within Naval Shipyards
• At least 5 years of experience with Corporate Navy Software Suite functions and processes
• A total of 15 years of experience in Naval Maintenance, including direct support of Naval Shipyard Industrial process requirements
• Active Secret security clearance
Preferred Education and Certifications:
• Master's degree
• PMP certification
The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government-granted security clearance.
