Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, test, and implement multiple SharePoint solutions to support workflow automation, content and document management, and other application uses.
• Build workflows as requested and migrate content and data from older versions of SharePoint to newly architected and deployed systems.
• Analyze, plan, document, and execute SharePoint content migration activities.
• Collaborate with customers to design and develop user interfaces tailored to meet operational needs.
• Create web-oriented applications and develop coding constructs, frameworks, components, and interfaces supported by the SharePoint environment.
• Implement recommended or required design improvements from end users to maximize effective use for program stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
• Master's degree required
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in web development or related field
• Ability to implement recommended or required design improvements from end users
• Demonstrated experience supporting government or defense clients is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Have excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
Level of Responsibility:
Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.
Work Environment:
• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
• Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.
• This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
