COLSA Corporation is seeking an Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Analyst to support our Army customer at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in IT or cybersecurity operations who enjoys working closely with project teams, customers, and technical leads to keep programs on track.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):
- Review OPORDS/Tasker for integration into HQDA and/or AMC policies and procedures (Ex. Incorporation of the Golden Domes for America (GDA) Cybersecurity Requirements into the Requirement Specification Guide)
- Monitor and implement plans for upgrading the EEDRS system
- Support restoration of AMP components, systems, and services, and to verify security designs, configurations, re-IPing, and the overall system security posture to include BPOCs and meters
- Provides technical assistance in cybersecurity implementation and reporting requirements in the areas security patching, configuration management, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for the Command's Enterprise Energy Data Reporting System (EEDRS)
- Enforce policies, establish ownership and accountability, analysis of functional and technical requirements, identification of cyber risks, development of recommended protective measures and risk mitigations (both technical and operational), development and execution of standardized architectures, process documentation, program management as well as continuous monitoring, oversight execution, as well as all project management functions.
- Provide support to Headquarters Army Materiel Command (AMC) G2/6 (CIO) with identifying limitations between Military Construction (MILCON), Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP), utility energy service contract (UESC), Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC), and other infrastructure contracts at AMC OIB and Garrisons processes, procedures, policies and cybersecurity, security engineering, and technology protection standards.
- Enhance the cybersecurity posture of AMC owned control systems by providing technical support, programmatic support, and process improvement recommendations for cybersecurity integration into construction execution activities
- Assist system owner in achieving and maintaining compliance with Army/DoD cyber policy, with the objective of ensuring the G3 ESS supported by this task achieve and maintain their RMF certifications and accreditations
- Provide System Administrator (Sysadmin) support to manage, maintain, and ensure the reliable operation of the organization's CS/OT systems and networks.
- Advise the Information System Owner (ISO) on RMF, perform Information System Security and Officer (ISSO) responsibilities to obtain system ATOs

Required Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Minimum of 3 related certifications may be used in place of unrelated degree field
- Minimum of 12 plus years experience in IT, Cybersecurity, or related program operations roles supporting the DoD
- Active Secret security clearance
- DoD 8140/8570 compliant baseline certification (Security+CE or higher)
- Knowledge of IT/OT systems, cybersecurity operations, or network infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge base preferred in the areas of: real-time security situational awareness, operational network systems, and security monitoring
- Ability to clearly present and communicate technical approaches and findings
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks in a complex, high tempo environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred
- Top Secret security clearance
- Experience supporting Army Material Command or similar enterprise-level organizations
