We're looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to help design, build, and maintain modern, scalable web applications. You'll work alongside a small, high-performing engineering team on projects that combine React or Angular front-ends, Node.js or Python backends, PostgreSQL databases, and AWS infrastructure.

We're looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to help design, build, and maintain modern, scalable web applications. You'll work alongside a small, high-performing engineering team on projects that combine React or Angular front-ends, Node.js or Python backends, PostgreSQL databases, and AWS infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy full stack web applications using modern frameworks and languages
- Build clean, reusable, and well-documented front-end components (React, Angular, or similar)
- Design and implement RESTful APIs or similar endpoints using Node.js or Python (FastAPI, Flask, etc.)
- Integrate and optimize PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (or equivalent) for automated builds, testing, and deployments
- Collaborate with other engineers to design scalable architectures and improve DevSecOps practices
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions
- Support integration and deployment in AWS environments
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelors degree and five (5) years' experience; Additional six (6) years' experience can be considred in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle).
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience with AWS
- 1-3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in full stack web development
- Proficiency with React (or Angular/Vue) and TypeScript or similar tools
- Experience with Node.js and/or Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Express) or similar tools
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD or similar build/deploy pipelines
- Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, or CloudFormation)
- Strong debugging, testing, and version control practices
