Specialized experience is defined as: Experience developing and using financial models to review annual budgets, forecast budget execution, or process funding documents and collections or experience using various software applications, like Microsoft Excel, to identify and resolve financial problems.
Time-in-Grade: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. Applicant must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher grade in Federal Service.
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.

- Serves as a senior analyst for customer support, liaison and administration of support agreements, Basis of Estimate (BOE) for corporate business proposals and new business proposals for customer requirements to existing workload.
- Monitors and analyzes customer workload utilization and revenue projections to ensure sufficient funding is provided by DISA customers.
- Monitors implementation and compliance with the agreements between the organization and customer and/or supplier.
- Plans and executes management studies and analyses of organization operations and program for the purpose of providing expert customer support and developing strategies based on DISA information technology services functional capabilities.
