Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst (IAT III / T3 Clearance)
Location: Dahlgren, VA (primary) & Virginia Beach, VA
Clearance Requirement: Top Secret (T3)
Position Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Overview:
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide advanced IT support services in support of classified and unclassified operations. This position will support the Command’s mission to develop, integrate, and sustain technologically superior warfare systems while optimizing IT operations, modernizing IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, and enhancing cybersecurity and information management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, plan, and implement business and technical requirements across IT and information management (IM) systems.
Provide application testing, database management support, and full lifecycle IT operations support.
Develop and maintain enterprise architecture using DoDAF principles and tools such as IBM System Architect.
Support modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Collaborate with technical departments to deliver IT solutions that meet mission objectives and comply with NAVSEA, DON, and DoD governance.
Assist with IT asset lifecycle management, incident/problem management, change and configuration management, performance monitoring, and end-user support.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience implementing business and technical requirements, systems analysis, planning and development, application testing, and database management.
Experience with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM System Architect.
Must meet IAT Level III certification requirements.
Active Top Secret / SCI (T3) clearance required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a complex, classified environment supporting multi-site operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Navy or DoD IT operations and RDTE environments.
Familiarity with ITSM processes, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), SharePoint administration, and enterprise application development.
Prior experience supporting classified networks (JWICS, SDREN, NMCI, cNMCI).
