Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to join our team in Washington, DC. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, agile environment where innovation and collaboration are key. You’ll be part of a team that designs, develops, and deploys modern software solutions supporting mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver modern, user-friendly React frontends that display complex data from multiple sources, allowing users to filter, update, and insert new information.
Develop and maintain JavaScript backends and microservices using technologies such as Python, Java, and gRPC.
Translate business requirements into interactive mockups and demos, gather customer feedback, and iterate on product features.
Manage deployment processes across multiple enclaves and environments, including CI/CD pipelines and release management.
Improve and maintain Jenkins pipelines, Docker Swarm configurations, and JIRA ticket tracking.
Create and integrate AWS resources including EC2, CloudFormation stacks, DynamoDB, SQS, SWF, SNS, and RDS.
Participate in engineering meetings, requirements planning, and peer code reviews.
Lead initiatives to streamline deployment processes and consolidate codebase management.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Experience: 7+ years of relevant software development experience.
Technologies: React, Redux, JavaScript, Python, Java, Jenkins, Git, AWS (EC2, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, SQS, SWF, SNS, RDS).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
Certifications: AWS Developer Certification
