Responsibilities for the Signal Integrity Engineer:
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to develop cutting-edge high-speed interconnect products.
- Perform design, simulation, and testing of high-speed electrical connectors and cable assemblies.
- Provide technical support and solutions for customers' high-speed data transmission needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve signal integrity issues in PCB layouts while applying advanced circuit theory and high-speed design principles.
Qualifications for the Signal Integrity Engineer:
- 3+ years of experience as a Signal Integrity Engineer or in a similar role.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
- Hands-on experience with signal integrity measurements and debugging using TDR, VNA, pattern generators, and error detectors.
- Familiarity with simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave, HSPICE, MATLAB, and ADS.
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic principles and high-speed digital transmission.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
Compensation/Benefits for the Signal Integrity Engineer:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually (based on experience).
