Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily operational support within the Workday HCM Core area, including production troubleshooting, ad-hoc EIB loads, deployment validation, and inquiry resolution.
• Participate in weekly release cycles by testing new features, validating deployment results, and implementing approved configuration updates.
• Support fiscal year-end cutover activities and configuration updates related to HCM Core processes.
• Review triage backlog items, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions to move issues to the active backlog.
• Implement approved business process optimization enhancements and ensure alignment with HCM Core best practices.
• Research, design, and demonstrate new Workday functionality for team review and adoption.
Required Skills/Education:
• 1–3 years of Workday HCM Core experience, including Job Taxonomy, Organizations, and Reorganizations.
• Proficiency in HCM Core Business Processes and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Loads.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
