Summary:
The SAP DTP (Design to Produce) Assembly Processing Consultant will support our client by optimizing assembly processes withing SAP S/4 HANA. This resource will be involved in solution design, system configuration, process optimization and user training to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage integration between PLM, Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Controlling and MRP
- Support deployment of solution
- Author functional specifications
- Support SIT and UAT execution
- Provide SME support to business users during UAT and Production Support
- Trouble shooting during SIT/UAT and Production
- Build/Present/Support User Guides per capabilities (Integrated Business Process (IBP) & Stand-alone Business Process (SBP)
- Manage assembly processing cutover activities
- Manage assembly processing migration activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4 years of SAP S/4 HANA experience
- Minimum of one full lifecycle SAP implementation
- Experience with A&D SAP Manufacturing Prototype, Full Rate Production and MRO experience in a rapid SAP deployment scenario in both classified and non-classified environments
- Experience with the following functions: Final Assembly/Complex Manufacturing; Effectivity Network; Parameter Effectivity; Demand Make
- Expert in Project Systems (core focus is Logistic side of Project Systems)
- Understanding of Integration to PLM (Aircraft Flat BoM, Install Parts), Master Production Dates (MPS - Requirement dates by Effectivity Station), Controlling (GPD/PMMO) and MRP (Demand/Supply)
- Testing of custom enhancements
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Experience in greenfield implementations preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
