Essential Duties of the CLEARED Sr Network Engineer:
- Design and Deploy Cisco SD-WAN Solutions: Plan, design, and implement Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN architectures.
- Hardware Configuration and Upgrades: Configure and optimize Cisco routers.
- Network Optimization and Monitoring: Continuously monitor SD-WAN performance, adjusting configurations for bandwidth management, application-aware routing, and failover mechanisms.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for SD-WAN environments, addressing connectivity, performance, and security issues, ensuring minimal downtime for mission-critical operations.
Qualifications of the CLEARED Sr Network Engineer:
- 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer/Analyst
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Experience with SD-WAN is preferred.
- Experience taking designs from Architects and installing, maintaining, and operating.
- IAT Level II certification (such as Security+)
Compensation for the CLEARED Sr Network Engineer:
- $140,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)
