Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- As a Senior Management Analyst, you will help guide the organization through complex operational challenges by applying your expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and management consulting.
- Conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend performance enhancement strategies
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and serve as a liaison among teams and leadership
- Support the development of policies and procedures to drive mission success
- Monitor project execution and support change management initiatives
- As part of the Program Management Office, leads administrative and analytical support functions.
- Supervising the entire CDRL management process, ensuring quality and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field OR High School Diploma and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree
- 9+ years of relevant experience in management analysis or operational consulting
- Demonstrated experience conducting strategic assessments and organizational evaluations
- Experience supporting military or defense-related organizations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Experience with DoW or military operations
- Familiarity with performance management frameworks and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard)
- Prior experience in program evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, or policy development
- Extensive experience managing complex CDRL schedules and requirements for a major program
Clearance Requirements:
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
