ASRC Federal requires a highly skilled Facility Specialist to support the ASTROS Contract. We are looking for someone with experience related to all aspects of construction from reading the blueprints to managing multiple Vendors. ASRC Federal is supporting cutting edge propulsion systems testing at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and we are looking for the best people to be a part of this research.

Key Roles
- Monitor and coordinate routine Lab maintenance requirements.
- Have plumbing experience in maintaining gaseous systems.
- Manage the buildings Logistics Programs.
- Serve as the building's Safety Representative and perform training on local policies and plans.
- Self-motivated and provide incredible customer service.
- Must have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Will be required to perform daily inspections and ensure the facility is in compliance.
- Report facility issues to the appropriate system and track through to completion.
- Must be able to switch tasks at a moment's notice and walk through the safety analysis before starting the new task.
- Must be able to gain access to the customer's computer networks.
Education/Experience:
- College Degree
- 2-4 years of related experience.
Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
