Raytheon is seeking a Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to run the Stormbreaker effort as both an IPTL and Section Lead. The candidate should have experience leading multi-disciplined engineers, writing proposals, managing Earned Value (EV) and managing customer scheduling/priority conflicts.
The IPTL will have the responsibility to ensure delivery of multiple Test Environments on current contracts while working with the Program Office to bid future work. The role also will require the individual to have experience with integration and troubleshooting in order to effectively support the team. The IPTL should have experience with proposals as the Program continues to see growth. In addition to IPTL responsibilities, the candidate should have experience with functional leadership. The Section Lead (SL) portion of the role will require the candidate to hold career development and performance development discussions with the staff. The SL will be required to report metrics to the Department Lead. The SL will also be required to balance the Program responsibilities with numerous functional requirements throughout the year.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Responsibilities to Anticipate
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team in an engineering environment.
- Conduct career development conversations with staff to include shaping goals and developing career paths.

- Perform the duties of a section leader.
- As the lead, you will be expected to understand the scope, cost and schedule of the Program and work with your sub-leads to define/delegate tasking for your team.
- Travel up to 20% to support development and/or delivery of our test environment equipment.
What You Will Learn

Qualifications You Must Have
- A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience.
- Experience serving as an IPTL.
- Experience leading multi-disciplined teams

- Strong communication skills.

- Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers.
- Experience leading multi-disciplined teams.
- Experience with Agile Process.
- Experience with gate reviews.
- Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
