Warfighter Integration Engineer

MTSI is looking for a talented Warfighter Engineer to join our team. In this role you will get to provide technical support to the MDA Chief Architect's Architecture Concept Validation office (MDA/CAC) in its mission as the single point of contact for wargame requirements development and analysis, and to the Warfighter for all engineering and techinical issues related to the Missile Defense System. The work is performed as part of an on-site contractor team at MDA facilities at the Missile Defense Integrations and Operations Center (MDIOC) on Schriever Space Force Base, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Provide wargame and missile defense subject matter expertise to MDA/CAC in their role leading the development of MDA's wargame event requirements and post-wargame analysis and reporting.
• Provide practical wargame experience to shape the content of MDA's wargame walk-up events, table top exercises and capstone events.
• Provide expertise to MDA/CAC in wargame doctrine and best practices employed by the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMD), Services and Defense Agencies.
• Support CAC in conducting future missile defense system architectural analyses with international partners and warfighting CCMDs.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in a STEM field with 12+ years experience in missile defense-related or other DoD large project with specific experience in wargame development and execution, systems analysis, and engineering for defense-related programs.
• Ability to plan and execute required support, develop clear and concise written products, and present wargame and missile defense technical matters to MDA senior leaders and MDA warfighter and international working group meetings in support of MDA/CAC.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Willingness to provide 100% on-site support at the MDIOC
• Willingness to travel, to include international locations

Desired Qualifications:

• Active TS with SCI is highly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $150,0000/annually to $178,000/annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
