Background

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, leading program reviews and managing project timelines
• Oversee financial and contractual aspects, enabling project managers to focus on daily operations
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and proposals
• Lead a team of project managers, coordinating efforts to meet quality and safety standards
• Work closely with the estimating team and other departments to develop project plans and solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 8 years of experience in related roles
• Solid background in submarine modernization, maintenance, and repair
• Experience with SUBSAFE and NAVSEA certification processes

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage financials and project performance
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
