You Have:
Nice If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles
- Experience with hands-on monitoring or observability tools, such as:
- Dynatrace
- Grafana
- Kibana
- Elasticsearch
- CloudWatch
- PagerDuty
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and sustainment, using tools such as:
- Jenkins
- Nexus
- SonarQube
- Docker
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Amazon EKS
- Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure
- Experience performing operational and day-to-day administrative support functions, including:
- Troubleshooting issues
- Supporting change and problem management processes
- Knowledge of system performance, scalability, and reliability engineering best practices
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as:
- Python
- Java
- JavaScript
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and 10+ years of experience in engineering
- OR HS Diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience in engineering
