As an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance SME, you'll bring your leadership and strategic expertise to work alongside thought leaders in intelligence on projects for the DoD. You'll use your skills and expertise as you support program strategic planning for Defense.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 15+ years of experience with supporting DoD, Joint, U.S. Army, or Spe cia l Operations C2ISR systems or programs to include ISR operations, collections, analysis, and dissemination
- Experience with supporting government program strategic planning, providing content and process advice for strategic direction, and researching and collecting information to provide analysis of programs
- Experience in mitigating ISR requirements shortfalls and gaps for both manned and unmanned systems
- Experience in particular intelligence disciplines like IMINT, GEOINT or MASINT, or SIGINT, including all-source analysis or fusion analysis
- Ability to lead teams across multiple disciplines and geographies
- Experience analyzing multi-source intelligence and with deployment in military UAS operations
- Knowledge of how to effectively employ ISR assets, layering capabilities, processing, exploitation, and dissemination ( PED ) of collected information, tasking of assets, and further dissemination of intelligence
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with supporting U.S. Army, DCGS, AOC, or Sensors Integration
- Knowledge of DoD budget ing processes, including POM builds, budget justification, and execution
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment while delivering results
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills
- TS / SCI clearance
- Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
- DAWIA Level II or III Certification
