Position Description
ENSCO's Contracts and Procurement Division manages all aspects of the company's contracts, subcontracts, vendor agreements, submission and risk management for the performance of R&D, systems integration, technical services, and delivery of software and hardware.
As a critical position, ENSCO seeks a seasoned Contracts Administrator to join our Contracts and Procurement team with a primary focus on supporting commercial contracts and proposals (both domestic and international).
The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and interpret requests for proposals (RFPs), purchase orders, and subcontract agreements. They will have a good understanding of contract lifecycle management and be motivated to work autonomously to meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and strong recordkeeping abilities.

Position Description

Perform contract administration activities to include:
- Review and administration of a variety of commercial and international contracts and agreements
- Perform proposal preparation activities in compliance with RFP instructions as part of a proposal team comprising program and business development personnel in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Track contract milestones, maintain status on contract actions, and process internal contract modification requests
- Create contract information summary reports in compliance with company procedures
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and corporate governance efforts
- Process internal program close-out activities
- Perform other contract administrative activities as assigned
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of proposals (RFPs), purchase orders, and subcontract agreements
- Understanding of contract lifecycle management
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Legal knowledge and understanding of contract law
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Analytical problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (with focus on Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Qualifications Desired
- Experience in rail industry
- Experience with international contracts
- Understanding of regulatory compliance (ITAR/EAR, anti-bribery regulations)
