Position Description

ENSCO Avionics is looking for an entry-level Office Administrator. Your duties will include:
  • Receptionist duties
  • Light maintenance, and coordinate repairs with vendors as needed
  • Purchase building/office supplies
  • Maintain phone list and MSG NY Group list
  • Coordinate with staff for equipment calibration and file calibration certificates
  • Maintain ENSCO Inventory and Customer Property Inventory
  • Work with Corporate on the asset management control
  • Check fire extinguishers and AED monthly
  • Work with Facility Manager on facility projects/items he needs help with

And eventually, over time:
  • Backup timekeeper for NY group
  • Travel request approval and Expense Report approvals for NY group
  • Reconciliation of division VISA card
  • Purchasing: Create PRs, Maintain Approved Supplier List, Evaluation Sheets, and Request for Purchase. Update PODOCS file with Purchasing documents for AS9100 process and certification audits

Qualifications Required:
  • High School degree, or Equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including working in team environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, work ethic, and attention to quality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Salary Range

$17.50 - $20 USD
