ASRC Federal is seeking qualified candidates for an Executive Assistant position supporting our Pentagon Force Protection Agency customer in Washington D.C. This is a temporary position through 31 December 2025
Description:
- Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Executives at the Pentagon Force Protection Agency headquarters. Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite application and a general knowledge and experience in office management.
- Shall be responsible for printing all material related to a meeting in advance for the director's meetings; preparing folders for the Director, Chief of Staff, and two Special Assistants; scheduling and creating agenda's for meetings; facilitate meetings and compose meeting minutes; resolve calendar conflicts; confirm next day's meeting, update and maintain the correspondence log at a minimum three (3) to four (4) times per week.
- Shall be responsible for maintaining office filings; preparing the Weekly Activity Report (WAR) binder on a weekly basis; add new entries into the Director's contacts; update the Director's phone book; escort visitors; arrange interviews when needed; process packages signed by the Director on a weekly basis.
- Shall maintain all office supplies to include the ordering and restocking of those supplies once quarterly; operate and maintain the video tele-conference units; screen telephone calls and incoming and outgoing mail daily; update all telephone rosters; update phone call roster, recall roster, office seating chart, and the holiday leave report; compose letters and reports and review correspondence for format accuracy and completeness monthly.
Requirements:
- Three (3) or more years of DoD experience
- have the ability to provide administrative support for meetings, correspondence, and gathering background information to support senior officials' attendance at meetings.
- Provide focused administrative support for SES to include editing and formatting correspondence, reports, briefings and other content drafted by technical and management personnel; transmit documents and data files; provide focused support for business meetings and other events; support conference planning, travel coordination, and organizational activities.
- Manage and track data call requests.
- Assist in providing illustration/graphics support requiring visual display/presentations/aids, including videos.
- Administrative support activities also include but are not limited to maintain calendar, prepare correspondence and reports, office management.
- Must have skills in the following areas:
- Oral and written skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Work independently and as a team member.
- Learn and apply administrative support concepts to assigned duties.
- Ability to schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Make travel arrangements
- Assist with other clerical tasks as needed, including data entry

- Bachelor's degree
