What You Will Do:
The Log Demo Planning and Execution Lead is responsible for orchestrating complex, high-intensity Logistics Demonstrations (Log Demos) for multiple weapon systems (including Patriot and LTAMDS), ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish. This role involves leading internal and external planning meetings, securing stakeholder alignment, and managing essential documentation and scheduling constraints. The Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including SI&T Engineers, Tech Pubs, Training, and more to align varied priorities across different organizational units into a cohesive, executable vision. This individual will actively oversee live Soldier demonstrations, addressing real-time challenges, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth event execution. The role demands a high level of diligence, trustworthiness, and a commitment to excellence.
Additionally, as the Log Demo lead, you will be responsible for creating and adhering to formal Log Demo Plans and events that include fault identification, isolation, repair, and operational checks. You will collaborate closely with project managers, prime and subcontractors, Combat Developers, Testers/Evaluators, and Life Cycle Managers. Furthermore, you will be working with the JIRA tool to drive strategy, schedules and tracking needs within multiple Logistics disciplines.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed Log Demo plans and reports tailored to project requirements and adhering to Army Regulations.
- Work with other engineers to analyze equipment modification specifics to identify the critical scope and approach for each event.
- Coordinate with SMEs and customers to develop a schedule that will be used for timely arrival of technical resources, tools, and personnel.
- Utilize the Jira tool for centralized task management, visibility, and collaboration.
- Prepare additional presentations and spreadsheets as required to facilitate readiness, alignment, and organization.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance Log Demo processes.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Logistics, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
- Five (5) years of experience in log demos and pertaining logistics processes.
- Experience utilizing JIRA.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategies with project goals

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in life cycle engineering principles and PATRIOT or LTAMDS weapon system
