Job Title: Radio Frequency Test Technician
Duration: 4 + Months
Location: Eatontown, NJ - 07724
US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or should be able to obtain.
We are seeking a Senior RF Test Technician to join our production team. This hands-on role involves testing, tuning, and troubleshooting RF and microwave assemblies using advanced test equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Phase Network Analyzers (Client) or Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), and a strong background in RF tuning at the device level.
Must Have Skills:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of RF testing experience in a manufacturing environment
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with network analyzers
• Comfortable working under a microscope and in a fast-paced production setting
• Must be a U.S. Person under U.S. export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license)
Nice to Have Skills:
• Associate's degree or technical certification in electronics or a related field
• 4+ years of RF testing experience
• Active U.S. Security Clearance
• Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems independently
• Self-motivated with a strong interest in science, technology, and engineering
Responsibilities:
• Set up, calibrate, and operate RF test equipment including PNAs, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic components, subassemblies, and systems
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to develop and execute test procedures
• Document test results, prepare technical reports, and recommend solutions to technical issues
• Assist in the selection and setup of specialized test equipment
• Perform rework and adjustments as needed to meet quality standards
