rleo is seeking a Production Controller 1 to join our fast-paced Inventory Control Department supporting our Mission Enabling Products. This is an on-site role based in Oxnard, CA, ideal for a detail-oriented individual eager to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain schedules for material requirements and availability to support production control.
Compile and track records on quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, or in inventory/production.
Expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within and between departments per production and shipping schedules.
Assist in identifying actual and potential material shortages and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to flag bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
Estimate production rates and track time expenditures; support sequencing and lead-time planning to meet delivery deadlines.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to support inventory operations.
