The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in IT financial systems, acquisition processes, and stakeholder engagement.
This is a proposal-based position; employment is contingent upon contract award and funding availability.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in analyzing business and user needs and translating them into system requirements specifications.
- Support consultation efforts on complex projects, considering the business impact of technology solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify viable procurement sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support acquisition-related activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Demonstrate knowledge of federal acquisition platforms such as NASA SEWP, GWACs, and SAM.gov.
- Contribute to IT portfolio analysis, cost analysis, and service delivery reporting.
- Support IT business process re-engineering and vendor/customer relationship management.
- Assist in the development of IT strategy, policy, and investment analysis documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
(In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered.) - Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents and present information effectively.
- Demonstrated experience using financial systems and supporting acquisition-related matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and willing to take a polygraph
