Description:Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for an experienced Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to work in a dynamic high tempo environment to deliver Mission First results! The candidate will perform duties as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) at the National Cyber Range in Charleston, SC. In this role you will perform Security activities and tasks supporting the NCRC Government Security Team on handling event appropriated equipment, classified material, and other supported media. The successful candidate shall provide a compliant security program delivering support services to: be able to independently develop, implement, administer security policy and procedures for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs. This candidate should possess a high level of understanding of the applicable Industrial Security regulatory guidance: 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and DOD 5105.21 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Manuals, as well as all other Program Security Directives (PSDs) etc. Be sufficiently knowledgeable of Top Secret Controls and Accountability exercises. Understand the established procedures for handling, storing, record keeping, and granting personnel and visitor's access to restricted programs. Be able to investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions to be taken. Overseeing all Security related disciplines to include Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI); Operations Security (OPSEC) Personnel Security (PERSEC); Security Education; Physical Security w/ ICD 705, Classification Management, and all others as required. While this is primarily a first shift (M-F) work week; mission requirements may include some work outside normally scheduled hours on occasion to meet program requirements.

1. Final transferable Top Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last 6 years w/ SCI eligibility.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain SCI Access.
3. Knowledge of Advanced Programs Security requirements and Operations Security (OPSEC)
4. Knowledge of DoD DOD 5105.21 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI Manual) 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, (formerly Joint Air Force, Army Navy Manuals [JAFANs]), ICD 705 Physical Security Specifications, and CFR32 Part 117; DoD National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
5. Works well independently and in group settings and substantial CPSO and/or CSSO experience.
6. Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills.
7. Ability to multi-task and remain organized;
proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
8. Experience as TSCO

1. Successful completion of the SFPC or CDSE SAP Mid-Level Security Management Course is preferred.
2. Certificates and/or experience in Personnel Security with regards to DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals SAP/SCI Nomination Process.
3. Certificates and/or experience in regards to DOD 5105.21 SCI Manuals (Volumes 2 and 3).
4. Certificates and/or experience in regards to ICD 705 Physical Security.
5. Have excellent communication skills to include verbal and written, as well as seasoned professional with tact and diplomacy being key.
6. Be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently, as well as make significant contributions in a team environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
