Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to support a federal client in strengthening cloud infrastructure security and ensuring DevSecOps best practices are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to support a federal client in strengthening cloud infrastructure security and ensuring DevSecOps best practices are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
In this role, you will support cloud operations, CI/CD pipeline development, and cybersecurity findings analysis within a high-paced federal environment using AWS, Terraform, and GitLab.
What You'll Do
As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will:
- Prioritize and analyze cybersecurity findings based on actual impact and project risk
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to assess the necessity of remediation actions
- Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform
- Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and secure software delivery
- Communicate with on-premise support teams to address patching and security requirements
- Balance cybersecurity compliance with business delivery needs in an Agile environment
Schedule & Shift Details
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Fully remote; support aligned to U.S. federal business hours
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Public Trust Clearance (interim acceptable)
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 10 years experience in DevSecOps
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Integration Architecture Security
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Cybersecurity Operations
- Hands-on experience with:
- AWS infrastructure and services
- GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Agile and DevSecOps delivery practices
- Cyber risk assessments and vulnerability prioritization
