Job Summary

• The Agile Developer 5 will lead a development team of 15-20 FTE's focused on storing and managing system SSR data using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement complex solutions utilizing AWS native technologies
• Ensure the development team stays on schedule and is able to meet programmatic milestones
• Represent the team at customer meetings, TEMs and contributes to the team agile planning ceremonies
• Build REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
• Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3
• Implement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps
• Agile development and delivery of software
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• 15 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience
• An Associate's degree plus 17 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 19 years of experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
• Experience with:
• • Java, Spring boot or python
  • Microservice architectures
  • CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, , Gitlab & GitOps; Kubernetes, docker, Ansible
  • Database: NoSQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB Query and Schema Design
  • OAuth/OIDC Implementation
  • Test frameworks and automation to include Cyprus and Cucumber

Desired Qualifications

• Previous team leadership experience is desired but not required
• Knowledge of UTT or targeting is desired

Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The pay range for this role is:

175,000 - 235,000 USD per year ( NBP )
