Responsibilities

Capture Management

• Develop and execute capture strategies, including competitor analysis, teaming approaches, and win themes.
• Build and maintain relationships with government clients, prime contractors, and teaming partners.
• Manage pre-RFP activities, including attending industry days, conducting market research, and developing capture plans.

Proposal Development

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for federal RFPs, RFIs, and sources sought, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and writing assignments.
• Write, edit, and coordinate technical and management sections, past performance narratives, and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, and partners to develop compelling responses.
• Oversee color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) to improve proposal quality and competitiveness.
• Ensure proposals are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.

Business Development & Strategic Support

• Work with leadership to refine pipeline development and proposal processes.
• Track contract vehicles and IDIQs for task order opportunities.
• Develop teaming strategies and negotiate teaming agreements and NDAs.
• Assist in pricing strategies and proposal budget development.
• Support marketing efforts by developing capability statements, white papers, and presentations.
