ASRC Federal Netcentric Technology, LLC is seeking a Construction Planning Lead to support ongoing activities on our KEOS contract at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Job Summary:
The Construction Planning Lead will support mission critical FSRM, MILCON and UMMC programming to serve the needs of the organization to help ensure the mission success of Kirtland AFB.
Lead team responsible for all military construction planning and programming requirements for the installation in accordance with Federal and Air Force guidelines with consideration for life cycle, mission change, catastrophic failures, activity management plan, and more.

ASRC Federal Netcentric Technology, LLC is seeking a Construction Planning Lead to support ongoing activities on our KEOS contract at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Job Summary:
The Construction Planning Lead will support mission critical FSRM, MILCON and UMMC programming to serve the needs of the organization to help ensure the mission success of Kirtland AFB.
Lead team responsible for all military construction planning and programming requirements for the installation in accordance with Federal and Air Force guidelines with consideration for life cycle, mission change, catastrophic failures, activity management plan, and more.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with base management and advisory groups to plan long-range development.
- Review and evaluate work requests for infrastructure projects.
- Conduct and coordinate scoping, site visits, budgetary cost estimates, siting documentation, environmental analysis requests, economic analyses and project scoring analysis for planned projects.
- Provide the primary communication between the installation and higher headquarters to advocate for base priorities.
- Develop and update project programming trackers, reports, and briefings.
- Prepare, participate in, or conduct briefings, meetings, conferences, design charrettes, etc. involving project programming issues.
- Perform additional programming and planning requirements as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline
- Minimum of three years' experience in large commercial/industrial complexes for construction planning and programming.
- Must possess strong computer skills, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office products.
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to prepare and present presentations/briefings to the client.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
- This position requires the successful applicant to obtain and maintain the required security clearance or other authorization(s) within the necessary timeframe required by applicable contract(s).
- Must maintain a valid US driver's license.
- Have ability to perform repetitive physical tasks involving lifting at least 50 lbs.
- Be committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least three years' experience working in a military environment
- Experienced user of BUILDER and NexGenIT.
